今回は、元マレーシア航空のCAだった方の体験記を元に、マレーシア航空についてお話していきます＊ぜひ志望動機作成や面接対策に役立ていただけると幸いです。また今後の採用ステップについても、いち早くシェアさせていただきます♪身長制限も高くないので、低身長の方もぜひトライしてみてください。
マレーシア航空とは？
マレーシア航空（Malaysia Airlines）は、マレーシアのフラッグキャリアであり、本社をクアラルンプールに置いている航空会社です。創業は1947年で、国際線・国内線を含めて約60の目的地に就航しています。また、スカイチームのメンバーでもあるため、世界中の多くの航空会社と提携し、便利なネットワークを提供しています。マレーシア航空は、安全性とサービスの両面において高い評価を受けており、Skytraxの5つ星評価も獲得しています。

Requirements:
- Aged between 18 to 35 years old
- Open for Male and Female.
- Minimum height of 157cm for female and 165cm for male (barefoot)
- Minimum Diploma/Degree or equivalent
- Proficient in English and Native Language
- Dress Code: Business Formal e.g Knee-length, button collared shirt, etc.

- Passport
- Full-length photo
- All Education Certificates (Please bring your English Test Certificate i.e. TOEIC, IELTS, or TOEFL if available)

Malaysia Airlines cabin crew are dedicated and charismatic individuals. We proudly pin our wings on the very best. In order to be eligible, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Proficient in both written and spoken English (knowledge of additional languages, particularly your native language, is advantageous).
- Possess strong teamwork skills and have a passion for customer service.
- Personality traits should include being attentive, helpful, courteous, polite and respectful.
- Capable of fulfilling the employment visa requirements of Malaysia and other relevant countries.
- Minimum education requirement of diploma certification or equivalent in any discipline.
- No visible tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform.
マレーシア航空CAになるためには
元マレーシア航空CAさんの体験談や私の勝手な考えを踏まえたマレーシア航空対策とメリット・デメリットは以下となります。
特にTOEICの点数の記載はありませんが、インターナショナルエアラインの一員としては700点以上のスコアは必須になります。レジュメは特にフォーマット指定はないので、自分なりのレジュメ作成が可能です。
また、マレーシアは多国籍な為、他の言語を話せる方はそれを強みにすると良いと思います。
１日で全てのアセスメントが行われるため、体力勝負にもなります。
アジア系は「印象が全て」でもあるので、アピアランス対策は重要です。
特に面接時は普段よりも濃いメイクをおすすめします。
流れとしては、身長チェック、グルーミングチェック等の後、グループディスカッションに通過すると面接があります。
その際に英語能力もチェックされるので、自信を持って臨んでください。
またマレーシア航空は笑顔が素敵で柔らかい印象の方を好みます。
マレーシア航空はあまり採用がないため、チャンスは限られていますが、住みたい国ランキングでも上位のマレーシアに拠点を置いてフライトできるのは魅力的ですよね。
